xChecked stores only the information needed to provide your account, synchronize your aviation workspace, and operate community features.

Information we process

Account information may include your email address, username, name, airline, pilot rank, staff number, home base, and preferences. Synced content may include flights, aircraft, destinations, checklists, notes, templates, documents, and other information you choose to enter. Community activity may include shared content, groups, suggestions, bookmarks, follows, blocks, and reports.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, synchronize content across your devices, provide requested features, protect the service, moderate community activity, respond to support requests, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Sharing and public content

Content remains private unless you choose a community visibility option. Information you publish may be visible to the audience you select. Service providers such as Apple and Amazon Web Services process limited information on our behalf to deliver the app, authentication, storage, and hosting.

Retention and security

We retain account and synced information while your account is active or as reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use access controls, encrypted transport, encrypted cloud storage, and authenticated APIs. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can edit profile and synced information, download a copy of your data, control community visibility, or delete your account from My xChecked. Account deletion is permanent, subject to limited retention required by law or security needs.

Children and international use

xChecked is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, with protections appropriate to the service.
