These terms govern your use of xChecked and its website.

Operational responsibility

xChecked is an organizational and reference tool. It is not an approved flight manual, dispatch release, navigation source, or substitute for regulations, company procedures, aircraft documentation, training, or professional judgment. Always verify operational information against current approved sources.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials, the accuracy of information you enter, and activity under your account. Do not use xChecked unlawfully or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass its security.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant xChecked the limited rights needed to store, synchronize, display, and process it to provide the service. When you publish content to the community, you authorize its display to your selected audience. Only share material you have the right to share.

Community conduct

Do not publish unsafe, deceptive, abusive, infringing, confidential, or personally identifying operational content. We may restrict or remove content and accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Availability and changes

Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, xChecked is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular operational purpose.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for material misuse or security risks.
